Maybe, it’s always been this way, and we’re just more aware of it?
‘Fear is the cheapest room in the house.
I would like to see you living
In better conditions.’
(Hafiz)
The answer? Do not give into fear. Fear is a bully that ‘wins’ only if we live our lives in ever decreasing circles before it. So, don’t! Using commonsense , live life to the full.

It was terrifying, annoying, huge and fearsome. The house-owner took advice and followed the somewhat strange advice. He befriended that terrifying ghost. And, being a friend it ceased to be terrifying. It was thwarted, and left.
You are the master of your reaction; can choose your response. Have faith in your ability to overcome fear, and it ceases to be fearsome. It is said that Perfect love casts out all fear.
